Overview

The Bartenders Workshop has trained thousands of bartending staff during the more than 10 years that it has been in the hospitality business. These bartenders are taught to provide a professional, friendly service, while showcasing their impressive flairing and mixing skills for events of up to 10 000 people.

Each aspiring bartender must complete intensive training and exams (practical and theoretical) before they are able to qualify. All of our bartenders are trained to manage a cash bar service.

This training includes:

• Customer relations
• Bartending terminology
• Stock control and float
• The cocktail components and mechanics
• Specific modules on creating most of the best known cocktails
• Closing duties
• Cash-up
• The Bartender Dictionary
• Flairing
• Mixology

Once qualified and experienced, the bartender will go into our portfolio of professionals, which is then made available to event coordinators for them to choose as many staff members as they require for their function. The bartenders can either work from an existing bar at the venue or from one of our stylish mobile bars.
