Overview

The Bartenders Workshop has, in its many years in the service and hospitality industry, trained thousands of staff to provide professional bartending services and impressive displays at events and celebrations of up to 10 000 people. To qualify, the bartender must complete an extensive training programme together with examinations (both practical and theoretical). These vivacious bartenders add an element of fun and flair to your event.

The training that these staff members are expected to undergo includes:

• Customer relations
• Bartending terminology
• Stock control and float
• The cocktail components and mechanics
• Specific modules on creating most of the best known cocktails
• Closing duties
• Cash-up
• The Bartender Dictionary
• Flairing
• Mixology

All of our bartenders are trained to manage a cash bar service.

Once completed successfully, the bartender will be added to our extensive portfolio of professionals. This portfolio is then made available to event coordinators to choose the staff members that they require for their function. The bartenders can either work from your own established bar or from one of our chic mobile bars.
