Conference Facilities

The exclusive Shelley Point Hotel, Spa & Country Club was designed to host functions, special events, weddings, conferences and groups.

The Shelley Point Hotel, Spa & Country Club conference facilities include:

• Meeting room with adjustable table configuration
• Breakaway room with adjustable table configuration
• Boardroom facilities
• Fully equipped with all modern presentation equipment
• Warm and relaxed environment

Conference facilities can host 60-80 persons, while the restaurant seats as many as 120 guests. A custom made Marquee can be arranged for over the swimming pool deck, where as much as 200 guests can be accommodated for a banquet style event.

Meals are served in the main dining room. Snacks and refreshments may be served in the conference area upon prior arrangement. We are flexible to accommodate special requests.

Shelley Point can offer many activites on and around the estate. Our Groups and Events manager – Wilma van Reenen, will create a conference package suited to your needs and also offer  you some great ideas!
