With a genuine passion for the catering business we have created lasting memories for hundreds of our customers who awarded us to host their functions, seeking that unique experience. Tell us about your plan and we will tailor make a package for you to suit your requirements and meet budget!
The Private Room is the perfect choice for your conference and training requirements. It is centrally located, fully air conditioned, we have ample safe parking and we provide the latest and most professional audiovisual technology. Our sophisticated and elegant venue enables you to treat your staff to a unique experience or impress your business partners (they don’t have to know how affordable we really are).
We are flexible enough to cater for your conferences from as little as 20 guests to as many as 300 attendees in cinema or banquet style. To help you to plan we created some packages as an example but we can tailor-make one for you!
Regular Package:
- Minimum 20 - 49 pax, R300pp
- From 50 - 74 pax, R250pp
- From 75 - 100 pax, R200pp
Includes:
- Exclusive use of venue until 16:00
- Use of in house high end audiovisual equipment*
- Technical assistance
- Morning Coffee, Juice and Cookies
- Midmorning coffee break
- Hot lunch buffet (includes two regular soft drinks)
- Afternoon coffee and snack
A full bar is available after the event or during should you wish.
De Luxe Package:
- Minimum 20 - 49 pax, R400pp
- From 50 - 74 pax, R350pp
- From 80 - 100 pax, R300pp
Includes:
- Exclusive use of venue until 16:00 -Use of in house high end audiovisual equipment*
- Technical assistance
- Morning Coffee, Juice and Full continental Breakfast buffet
- Midmorning coffee break
- 3 Course Buffet luncheon (includes soft drinks, beer, wine)
- Afternoon coffee and snack
A full bar is available after the event or during should you wish
Quad Industrial in ceiling and wall mounted speakers, Samson Pro Wireless microphones, Vivitek Projectors with 2m motorized screens. Wharfdale Pro 12 inch amplified speakers with 15 inch Subwoofers in front and 8 inch amplified speakers at the back, Denon Pro 4 ch mixer)
