Full Wedding Co-ordination

• Provide full planning and co-ordination of your wedding including: Venue recommendations, Decor, Flowers, Cake, Invitations / stationery, Music for the ceremony & reception, Photographer, Videographer, Transport Services, Make-up & hair specialists, Marriage Officer, Mock table, Full co-ordination on the day

Decor and Flowers

• Conceptualisation meeting, Source decor and flowers , mock table, Set up of decor and flowers on the day

Finalising and On-the-day Co-ordination

• Less than one month to go: Assist with finalising arrangements, Recommending outstanding suppliers, i.e. cake, make-up specialists etc, Full co-ordination on the day

On-the-day Co-ordination

• Co-ordinating and supervising suppliers and order of events, Guest management, Venue management
